What Do You Do with Low Energy?

Lately I’m struggling to do much of anything. Standing, just standing upright, feels difficult. Sitting also. Breathing. Thinking. Do I have a terminal illness? Am I fighting off some kind of infection? No, I don’t think so.

I remember feeling this way at age 10. My teachers asked me to please not sleep during class. To please keep my head off the desk. Was I getting enough sleep at night? Was I?

Perhaps there was a problem at home. Yes, there were problems. Yes.
